With over 4,000 members, the Society is committed to enhancing, advancing and enforcing professional standards in the construction, land and property sectors in Ireland.

Kay is our financial controller and our resident expert on MUD Acts and property requisitions. With over 40 years’ experience in accounts, she ensures the smooth running of our rental portfolio and block management properties. Her vast knowledge of accounts means that our landlords and block management companies have peace of mind.
Dee O’Leary
Accounts & Administration
Dee is our newest member and a recent graduate from Pitman Training with a diploma in Bookkeeping. Dee assists our financial controller with our rentals and block management. Having taken on the role of onsite inspections, Dee liaises with our contractors to ensure the smooth running of your development.
