Our letting only service is for the landlord who wishes to oversee the day to day running of their property but require the expertise of a professional letting agent to secure a high quality tenant.

Marketing of your property – advertise property on Daft.ie and Housefinders sign at the property.
Tenant screening, reference check and selection.
Draw up lease.
Collect first month’s rent, deposit and set up a monthly standing order.
Transfer of utilities into tenants name.
Register with RTB.

Monthly collection of rent.
Follow up late payment.
Deal with maintenance issues.
Quarterly inspection of property with report sent to landlord.
Rent review.
Lease renewal.
